Spätzle  (noun)
shpet-sluh or shpet-slee (German pronunciation),  spot-zle ('Murica pronunciation)

1. Literal translation "little sparrows" - small dumplings of a type made in southern Germany, consisting of seasoned dough poached in boiling water.

2. we add cheese, so it is technically käsespätzle
3. think of it as a German mac n' cheese with amazing toppings!


Choice of Cheese: Cheddar, Swiss, Pepper Jack
Choice of Toppings: Bacon, Grilled Onions, Deep Fried Onions, Sauteed Spinach, Roasted Garlic, Hot Peppers, Truffle Oil
